Elite Kutz — Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of our in‑store kiosk and SMS updates. By providing your number and submitting the consent checkbox, you agree to these Terms.

1) Service Description

We provide transactional SMS about your current visit (waitlist status, chair ready, assigned barber). No promotional marketing messages are sent under this program.

2) Eligibility & Accurate Info

You must be the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided and at least 13 years old. You agree to supply accurate information.

3) Messaging Terms

• Message frequency varies by visit (typically 1–5 messages).
• Msg & data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Reply START to re‑subscribe.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4) Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the kiosk or SMS program, including attempting to disrupt the service or providing numbers without consent.

5) Privacy

6) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the service, or $100, whichever is less.

7) Changes
