• Contact & Visit Info: name, mobile number, party size, barber preference, and time of check‑in.
• SMS Consent: whether you checked the consent box, plus timestamp and kiosk/device ID.
• Messaging Data: messages we send you (e.g., waitlist position, chair ready, assigned barber) and basic delivery status from our SMS provider.

2) How We Use Information

• To send transactional SMS about your current visit (waitlist status, when to return, assigned barber).
• To operate and improve the kiosk experience.
• To comply with legal obligations and carrier rules (e.g., opt‑out processing).

3) Legal Basis & Consent

We send SMS messages only with your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.

4) Sharing

We share limited data with service providers who help us deliver messages (e.g., our SMS provider) and operate our systems. We do not sell personal information.
